Customer Care
We keep out terms and conditions as simple as possible in large clear to understand English.
We welcome your custom and assure you of our best service from taking your instructions, undertaking any bespoke works, through to completion and despatch.
All works can be returned. See our returns policy.
Photographs are supplied prior to despatch for approval. Payment in full is due prior to despatch. All originals and copies can be returned within 30 days of despatch at your expense. Postage and packing will be deducted from any refund.together with an administration charge. See our returns policy.
Wholesale Inquiries
We welcome wholesale inquiries and can supply both original canvas artwork or printed copies. We can also supply bespoke works on your instructions and either talk direct to your customer on your behalf (thus maintaining your customer relationship) or through yourselves. Our integrity is assured.
Other items that can be available are mugs, copies on wooden framed canvas. And more, ask for details.
We can send direct to your customers as drop-shipping and use your shipping details.

Privacy & Safety
We respect your privacy and do not share any of your information with any third party. Your email may be used to inform you of new works and other relevant news to this site, but you can unsubscribe at any time.
We will take your name and postal address for confirming and delivering oders to you. We will advise you when we receive your commissions and orders and when we have received payment. We will give as accurate as possible a delivery date but this will depend on the third party carrier who will normally advise you when the delivery will be made. We cannot be held responsible for any delay that might cause financial or other loss but will make good where feasible.
All orders are securely wrapped to the best of our ability to prevent damage and arrive safely, and in good condition.
We are always available to discuss any queries you may have and will always aim to respond within 4 hours. We welcome all your comments, particularly if they help us improve the service we offer
