Shipping Policy
We take great pride in the customer experience and service we offer. We look forward to your order and will treat each with the care and attention that our clients expect.
All orders and payments are acknowledged immediately and we notify you about despatch and expected delivery. We use different third party delivery services who generally give you expected advance delivery details of larger items.
All orders are wrapped and packaged strongly to ensure they arrive safely in pristine condition to the address that you indicate. We ask for the full delivery address including your postal code and telephone number so we can inform you of any unforeseen delays.
Packaging and delivery to mainland UK is included in our prices. Please ask for charges and delivery times to other countries.
Return & Exchange Policy
We try to give you full information about any product you wish to purchase and answer any of your queries. These are authentic individually painted on wooden framed stretched canvas. Where the original has been sold, then we can paint a similar one, but of course it will never be identical. We can also produce other sizes to your specific requirements. Please ask for details.
We have a no quibble returns policy.
All bespoke paintings are made to order. Photos are produced together with any other information and the artwork is despatched upon the buyer's confirmation of satisfaction. We will refund returns made on bespoke works less our packaging and delivery charges plus a 20% administration charge. Return costs will be paid by the client. Safe delivery and insurance covering the original costs should be covered by the client.
Standard canvasses from our catalogue together with prints can be returned within 30 days. The buyer pays for return packaging and delivery charges which must be covered by safe delivery insurance. A 15% administration charge will be made.
All refunds will be made within 5 business days of receiving returned undamaged works.
We will negotiate exchanges where necessary.
