UNUSUAL WORK OF ART
COMPLETE WITH AUDIO OF DYLAN THOMAS READING HIS POEM.
A personal interpretation of the poem "Do Not Go Gentle into that Good Night" by Dylan Thomas. "Rage, rage against the dying of the light" a line that conjurs up thousand frightening images against the dusk and death descending as one.
It is a very eye-catching mixed media work, copied in high resolution from an original by Mike Leahy and it is an original, unique one-off. This is canvas on a wooden sub-frame and additional acrylic paint layers are added to make it different from the original but retaining the shapes and colours. It is large - 39 x 30 inches and will be a fabulous focal point in any large room at home or office. The painting is completed with two coats of clear gloss varnish which preserves the colours from sunlight and really enhances the bright energetic colours. It is layered thick paint and the artist likes his work touched as well as seen as this enhances the sensation.
PRESS THE INCORPORATED BUTTON and hear Dylan Thomas reading his famous poem. Audio and speakers included. The speakers are inside the sub-frame and so not visible.
